Went to the store a little after 8 pm, and I guess that was too close to closing time as no one would help me. I had gone to buy a pair of work out shoes. When I was leaving I stated that I was taking my business elsewhere where I would be valued as a customer. I reported the bad experience both to the local manager and the corporate office. The local manager sent me an email that basically stated to go pound sand and the corporate office never had the decency to contact me at all. On the plus side I did take my business to Dick's Sporting Goods where I was treated extremely well, was assisted from entering the store to the checkout and bought the same shoes I was looking for at 30% less than the Running Room charges. Avoid the Running Room go to Dick's
