We bring you this unique summary of what online reviewers across the web are saying about this business.
- Bad customer service, No option for credit card...
- Don't go to this theatre! The people who run it, do not know how to manage a high velocity of people going to see a movie.
I went to see, "Twilight" on opening night and the crowds were huge for this movie. Lots of teenagers and some adults came to see this movie. I paid for my ticket and got in line. When I was waiting in line at the door to the movie, one of the workers came and asked us all to go to the other side of the door and to stay clear from the movie door! As people were waiting, they gradually lined up against the wall, like they were before. The worker came back again and asked everyone to line up against the wall, so everyone did. Some people were not listening, so the worker went to get the manager. The manager came over and yelled at the top of her lungs and told everyone, "You all NEED to go back to the lobby, so when the people come out of theatre they can get leave quickly." So, most of the people went back to the lobby and my fiance, his daughter, and I stayed right where we were.
The 5 reasons why I hate this theatre:
1. The Manager was not polite when she requested everyone to go back to the lobby.
2. They don't have a credit/debit card machine, they accept cash or checks only, which gets really annoying because when we want to see a movie we have to stop to get cash or remember to bring the check book.
3. They have teenagers to "somewhat" manage huge crowds, people don't want to listen because they are friends with the workers.
4. On opening nights, they don't know how to control large crowds. The manager gets angry and yells at everyone!
5. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
My family goes to a different theatre because we do not want to go through another day with bad customer service, someone yelling at us, or remembering to stop somewhere to get cash. (MovieNitesRfun, 02/18/2009)
