George Psomas from Mac's café and Ted Paizis from Paizis' Concessions have come together to bring you some of the best Mediterranean food in town. They have combined their knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, and today's lifestyle and came up with a menu that is fresh, healthy, fast, and full of flavor! There are many diets on the market today, but one of the best diets in the world is the "Mediterranean Diet". Simply because you really don't have to diet. Fresh ingredients, and lots of vegetables is our way of bringing this diet to you. Stay away from processed fast foods and come eat "Fresh Fast". We're open seven days a week from 10 am to 9 pm. One of the best "fast" places to eat in Rochester. The food is well seasoned, very tasty, and fresh as you can expect (cooked immediately when you order). The best dishes are those with fresh ingredients like the Gyro and the salads. The french fries are some of the best you will ever eat. Fallafel is also delicious. I would avoid some of the drop fried foods, they do come out dripping with grease/oil -- but if that's your thing, have at it! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who's looking for something different from the hum-dum of fast food and is open minded about ethnic/flavorful food!
